Order Processing and Fulfillment

Many of our products are created after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider selection of designs and products while reducing unnecessary inventory.

Please allow time for both production and shipping. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier, product type, and fulfillment status.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary. If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Lake, Coast & Mountain is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier handling.

Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately due to product type, packaging requirements, or fulfillment location. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Lake, Coast & Mountain is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lakecoastandmountain.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Lake, Coast & Mountain is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, incorrect address information, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@lakecoastandmountain.com and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Please do not send returns to our business mailing address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Returns must be requested and approved first, and return instructions will be provided by email when applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lakecoastandmountain.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and help make it right in accordance with our Refund Policy.
