Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lake Coast and Mountain. Each item is made with care, and many of our products are produced on demand after your order is placed. Because of this, our return policy is designed to be fair while also reflecting the custom nature of our products.

Made-to-Order Products

Most Lake Coast and Mountain products are made to order. This means we do not hold large inventory and each item is created specifically for the customer after purchase.

For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Size Issues

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges if the wrong size was selected at checkout.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend comparing the measurements in the size chart to a similar item you already own.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible after placing it.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once the order has entered production or fulfillment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.

In some cases, we may ask you to confirm the shipping address or contact the carrier. If the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Made-to-order apparel
  • Custom printed products
  • Limited edition items
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, use, or damage not caused by production or shipping
