You may request a return or exchange within 14 working days from the delivery date of your order.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us using our contact form before sending your item back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

If you request a return or exchange because you selected the wrong size or changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You may choose the shipping carrier and return shipping method you prefer. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your request is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our contact form before returning it. Include your order details and a description of the issue so that we can review your request and provide the appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received, your refund will be processed without additional refund fees. Refunds will be handled as quickly as possible and, in all cases, within 30 days from the delivery date of the returned item.

Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or incorrect selection.
